If the following circumstances occur in the products sold, they do not belong to the scope of warranty services, and customers need to pay for maintenance and related services:
- Exceed the specified service period and scope according to the "INVANTI Parts Guarantee Standard".
- The user does not correctly use, drive, maintain and adjust the product according to the provisions of the instructions.
- The products are damaged by rain, ice and snow soaking, smoke, drugs, chemical corrosion, etc.,
- Wear and tear is not covered by warranty. Failure or damage caused by force majeure (including but not limited to earthquake, typhoon, fire, flood, social event, mass event, violent crime, etc.).
- The user does not carry out normal use and maintenance of the battery, and the storage time exceeds the maximum 3-month storage safety period (the vehicle is plugged in for more than one month, the initial storage power is less than 50% and more than 3 months), and the battery is not charged in time, resulting in the undervoltage of the battery and cannot be repaired.
- The users done some own modifications, decomposition, maintenance and damage to the overall product and the normal use of parts.
- Parts damage caused by users using non-original parts or unauthorized changes in circuit and line configuration.
- The user crashes, falls, overloads, speeding and other human factors caused by product failure or damage.
- There is no valid certificate, after-sales service card, or purchase product invoice, certificate or card number does not match the product.
- Users arbitrarily alter or change the guarantee service date of INVANTI products and parts.
