How to identify if the E-bike is displaying an error message?

If there is an issue with the E-bike, an error code will be displayed on the dashboard. Consult the user manual for the corresponding error code and follow the instructions provided, or contact customer service.

Battery cannot be charged

If the battery cannot be charged under normal use, please contact customer service.

Battery cannot be fully charged

A battery with a high number of charge cycles may not charge to 100%. The theoretical lifespan of the battery is 500 charge cycles, with at least 70% capacity remaining. If the battery can only be charged to an abnormally low percentage, such as 60%, please contact customer service.

E-bike won't turn on

Please check if the E-bike has power by connecting it to the charger. After the battery is fully charged (the charger's red light turns green), disconnect the charger and check if the E-bike can be turned on.

No pedal-assist during the ride

Please check if the E-bike has power and if the gear is not set to 0. If the issue persists, please contact customer service.

The motor makes an unusual noise

Please check for foreign objects on both sides of the motor and the tire surface. Remove any debris and check if the noise persists.

Weak braking

Weak braking is usually caused by a loose brake cable. Try tightening the brake cable. If the problem persists, please contact customer service.

Handlebars are misaligned while riding

Handlebar misalignment is usually caused by loose screws on the stem. Loosen the screws, realign the handlebars, and then tighten the screws.

Front fork wobbles during riding

Check if the front fork is loose or damaged. If it is loose, tighten the screws. If the problem persists or the front fork is damaged, please contact customer service.

The front fork does not rebound normally

Please contact after-sales service for repair.

Feet stuck when riding

Please check if the chain is stuck. If the chain is in good condition, please contact customer service.

Headlight does not light up

You need to check if the headlight connector is working properly. If the connection is good, please contact customer service.

The brightness of the headlight becomes darker after a period of use

As the headlight is used for a long time, its brightness will decay. We recommend you to replace the headlight.

The cruising range becomes shorter after a period of use

As the increased number of charge and discharge cycles of the battery, its capacity will decrease to some extent, resulting in a shorter cruising range.
