About eBike

With both hands on the handlebars and your feet on the pedals, the motor engages.

The Thunder series is primarily designed for riding in cities. Off-road or extreme sports riding is not recommended.

The E-bike has a built-in battery and does not support removing the battery for separate charging.

The e-bike does not support this feature. After reaching the set speed limit, the motor will stop working, but you can continue riding by using human power.

Yes, it does. Because lithium batteries are used as the core components, the performance of the batteries will be affected to some extent in low-temperature environments. This is mainly reflected in reduced battery life.

When the red light on the charger is on, it indicates that it is charging. When the red light on the charger turns green, it means the battery is fully charged.

The E-bike currently does not support energy recovery.

Press the power button twice quickly to toggle the headlight on and off.

The charger will produce heat during charging, and it's normal for it to feel hot to the touch at its highest temperature. Once charging is complete, unplug it from the power source and let it cool down naturally.

Keep the charger away from open flames and water. Unplug it promptly after the battery is fully charged, and please do not charge it for more than 24 hours.

If there is no activity (no speed or button presses) for more than 5 minutes when the E-bike is turned on, it will shut down and cut off power automatically.

If the E-bike is not being used for a long time, it's recommended to fully charge the battery every 30 days.

The battery cannot be removed. Unauthorized removal will void the warranty. The internal circuits have high voltage, and removing the battery exposes these circuits, posing a risk of electric shock. Do not attempt to remove the battery on your own.

Battery range can be affected by various factors such as temperature, load, speed, and whether the bike is being ridden at a constant speed. The advertised range assumes a fully charged battery, a 75 kg load, a 77℉ ambient temperature, and 60% of the maximum speed on a flat, hard surface.

Brake pads are components that clamp onto the brake disc to slow down the bike. If you notice a decrease in brake performance during riding, it's recommended to replace the brake pads.
